Pack Your Audio Gear
Carefully place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
